[QGIS-Developer] URGENT: please hold off on releasing new windows packages for 3.10/3.14

Hi lists,

Can I please ask that we put a temporary hold on releasing the new
Windows binaries for the latest patch releases?

https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/38720 is an extremely serious
issue which breaks QGIS installs, and I've seen this one reported a
number of times via different channels.

Given the seriousness of this, I would ask that we do NOT release the
patch releases yet until someone has had time to investigate and
resolve this issue.
