[QGIS-Developer] No Options of QGIS Temporal Controller in 3.16

Hi Philip,

To disable Temporal Controller control on a temporal layer, go to the Layer
Properties > Temporal then un-check the temporal group box, click Apply or
OK and the control will be deactivated.
Also as mentioned by Peter you can click the clock icon next to the layer to
go to the layer properties Temporal page directly.
