Hi Hannah,

Regarding the QField questions:
For taking camera pictures you can integrate any other camera app, this is
documented for geotagging:
https://qfield.org/docs/prepare/add-1-n-pictures.html#geotagging
The naming of the pictures is configurable:
https://qfield.org/docs/prepare/picture_path.html
