[QGIS-Developer] Run failed: Build Docker images for current branches

Hi Tobias,

The workflow is not meant to be run from your repo.
You can deactivate the workflows in your repo settings.

But, to be safe, I just changed the workflow so that it should not run
anymore on forks:
