[QGIS-Developer] Polygon rendering issue on 3.26

Greetings,

I was just curious about the behaviour indicated in this issue:
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/49157

I was assuming that polygon rendering would be sufficiently covered by the
testsuite or could the issue be unique to windows? Or could this be due to
something else, as it's not too consistent but I've had it too at work and
had to revert to a prior version to export maps.

I'm honestly surprised there were so few reports about an issue that should
be quite apparent.
