[QGIS-Developer] Troubling compiling QGIS

Hi I am trying to compile QGIS-release-3_24 on Windows 10 in MSVC 2019.
After running configonly.bat my Configuration done and Generation done
message appear. But no MSVC solution file i.e .sln generated.

What wrong I am doing.
