[QGIS-Developer] Documentation repository looking for developers

Hi QGIS Developers,

One last reminder before I go in search of that new network you all would
have been on. It's reassuring to discover that there are other channels; at
least I can say to myself that the total silence to my call is not due to
some disinterest.
