[QGIS-Developer] [Qgis-psc] QGIS budget 2023 RFC

Hi all,

re the "QGIS packaging work, incl. OSGeo4W, Ubuntu/Debian and Mac builds"
item - I am listed as community manager, but MacOS builds are not under
openGIS/Denis. Maybe you change it in the docs?
