[QGIS-Developer] Show selected tab in another color

[Catania, Luke A ERDC-RDE-GRL-VA CIV]

Trying to show the selected tab in another color.  The way it works now, there is no indication the tab is selected other than that different text shows up.  I found one site that mentions using QTabBar::tab:selected, but have not been ale to get it to work.
