[QGIS-Developer] Processing history window is blank

[Catania, Luke A ERDC-RDE-GRL-VA CIV]

I am using QGIS 3.34.4.  My processing history window is blank. It was there at one point.

It's as if the widget for the list of processes has it's visibility set to False.  I can perform a Save As and it will save to a text file, but I want to see it listed.
