[QGIS-Developer] Merge attributes tool and default values

Hi Vedran,

Thank you for the suggestion, I didn't consider that, in this case it would
still be desirable to evaluate them elsewhere, just not in the merge
dialog. But I went ahead and tested it and even with that option checked it
still uses the default values, which seems like a bug.
