[QGIS-Developer] Update plugin name

Dear Giacomo,

The plugin's name has been updated to 'SZ' on the web page. After several
minutes (about 15 minutes), the change will be applied to the XML list and
the QGIS Plugin Manager. You might also need to push the "Reload
Repository" button to see the change on the Plugin Manager.
