[QGIS-Developer] problem while installing plugin on windows 11

Hi Richard,
It might be that but when I upload the plugin it has no - ou _ in the
name (eg IdentifProj.zip). When I download it (or when Qgis tries to
dowlnoad it) it comes back as IdentifProj-0.5.zip but I can imagine it
is an automatic process.
