[QGIS-Developer] QGIS version 3.98 instead of 3.99 ?

Argh. typo's
Talking about Python devs here.
99% of my plugins are now 'incompatible' with my QGIS version... (I meant 'NOT available')
But I see people also use 3.98 (see screenie), so proably just use 3.45 ?
