Isn't that a/the intended strong incentive to make them QGIS 4 ready (ie.
support Qt6;  BTW https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/62361 should make plugins
without a maximum version, but Qt6 support available again; otherwise it is
considered as <3.99 otherwise).
