I am the maintainer of the FreeBSD port of QGIS and have a test version 
of 3.99 with Qt6 that runs on FreeBSD. Here, too, all plugins except for 
the core plugins have been disabled since 3.99 (including the few that 
were previously suitable for Qt6).
