[QGIS-Developer] Minimal version of supported Qt6 version in QGIS 3.99

Hi devs,
The INSTALL.md instructions [0] in code repo mentions Qt 5.15.2 as minimal
version of supported Qt. With the move to Qt6-only in QGIS 4, do you know
what would be the minimal supported version, please?
