[QGIS-Developer] Move of DB Manager plugin functionality into the QGIS browser panel

Hello at all!

I'm currently working a lot with Spatialite-databases and I found some 
different behaviour of the browser panel and the DB-Manager-plugin. For 
example, the views and tables have the same icon and are in one list 
together. This makes a database with a lot of views very hard to work with.

Since you write in QEP 332 about the "long-term strategic plan to move 
the DB Manager plugin functionality into the QGIS browser panel", I was 
wondering where I can report these issues. Is there already a general 
bug report or enhancement proposal for that?
