[QGIS-Developer] Obtaining permission to approve plugins

Hi list,

With the new release of the plugin package site:
https://blog.qgis.org/2026/07/06/coming-soon-qgis-plugins-website-v4-0-0/
it says "Plugins auto-approval will be explicit (two steps) and only
available for users who have permission to approve plugins". Is there any
guidance how to become a user with permission?
