[QGIS-Developer] Problems uploading a new Plugin version due to homepage supposedly not being reachable

Hi Marco,
Thanks for raising this. It's a temporary issue because the timeout is
likely too short for the plugin infrastructure to check the homepage. I
suggest trying again a few times or opening an issue at
https://github.com/qgis/QGIS-Plugins-Website if it persists. I would be
happy to check this specific case.
