[QGIS-Developer] Problems uploading a new Plugin version due to homepage supposedly not being reachable

Thank you for testing Greg. I am checking it now and it seems to be working
as well (with a redirection to https://www.bfs.de/DE/home/home_node.html).
So the issue is probably from the homepage side.
