[QGIS-Developer] QEP 432: Cross-layer symbol levels

Hi list,

I've just submitted "QEP 432: Cross-layer symbol levels", which extends the
QGIS vector layer symbology support for symbol level based rendering to
allow rendering levels across different vector layers.
