I was just about to say this. I'd love to see tickets auto-closed if
there's no feedback after 3 months.
Having open tickets which are unreproducible, lack sufficient detail,
missing test cases, etc just detract from the valid tickets. I think an
aggressive closing policy is a good thing, but as Richard mentioned we just
need to word things nicely. (I'll admit I'm guilty of short responses on
issues, solely as a way of keeping the time investment down).
