[Qgis-psc] backup server hetzner

FYI,

today I 'purchased' the free 100Gb backup server/service at hetzner for
our qgis2 server (which build site + docs, and runs plugins.qgis.org).

ip, username and password are in the qgis.kdb which can be opened by all
psc members. You can only ftp stuff to the machine when you are on qgis2.

I'm going to use it to dump the docker container with plugins.org in it now
