[Qgis-psc] docs + website move to osgeo6?

Hi,

qgis1 (the hub server which we serve debian/ubuntu repo's, qgis-website
and qgis-documentation from is full).

I asked the easiest solution for that on SAC, see
https://lists.osgeo.org/pipermail/sac/2016-July/007238.html

and it seems to move our static files to osgeo6:
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Osgeo6

So: should we do that? I can start with the docs + website (those are
rsynce during every build, so moveing some apache conf's to there and
change the rsync scripts should work....)
