OK I just sent out a request for comments with a time window till saturday. I am going to be traveling again Sunday / Monday - Ill be in Rome for the week next week. I have invited all voting members to a looming group. On saturday night I will post the final draft of the statutes to the loom group with a Yes/No request for approval of the statutes.

Ok great - thanks so much for helping with this. Do you have a date in mind for the AGM? I was thinking the afternoon or evening of Dec 15th might be a good date?
