[Qgis-psc] Issue building website with Visual Changelog

Hi, 

I am trying to publish the 3.8 visual changelog to our webiste. I
downloaded the rst zip file from changelog, extracted it in the
appropriate folder of my local repo and checked it in. 

Now I get the following error from travis trying to build the website:

I don't know what this error messages means. Presumably some issue with
image substitution. Any ideas how to fix this?
