[Qgis-psc] [vote] PSC seat count

Hi Marco,

We don't need to vote on this. The honorary PSC members are * in addition *
to the regular PSC members. They don't have an obligation to take part
actively at the PSC if they don't want to. As such, we don't count them as
"regular" PSC member, but they have the same rights as other PSC members.

Also, nowhere in the charter is there a written number how many PSC members
there should or need to be. Only the board (chair, vice-chair and
treasurer) are listed as absolutely necessary. Everything else is at the
discretion of the PSC and not defined in the charter. We can define how
many people we want to have on the PSC and we don't need to vote on it. To
me it was always clear that we should replace Richard after he decided to
resign.
