[Qgis-psc] Post loomio... how to vote?

Hi all,
one further issue: until now we didn't consider voters anonymity. AFAIK
the only free system that guarantees anonymity is the one used by
Debian. It looks complex, I'm studying whether it is realistic to use it
with a reasonable effort.
