[QGIS-pt] [traducoes] FW: [Qgis-tr] linguist vs. transifex in GUI translation

+1 Para o transifex.

Nota: Alexandre o transifex dá para transferir e traduzir em offline,
mas o que acontece é formato do ficheiro que o transifex dá que é o
.pot . Eu uso como intermédio o poedit para passar para tipo de
ficheiro que o qt linguist pede, o formato .po.

Mesmo com o poedit, ele consegue traduzir o ficheiro offline e depois
ser carregado no formato que o transifex pede e bate certo
(desvantagem não ves as forms). Mas Usando o poedit como intermediário
de exportação para o ficheiro .po podem continuar a traduzir offline e
carregar para o transifex no ficheiro do qt linguist do tipo .po

Testei e funcionou.

Outra vantagem do transifex é bloquear o recurso a traduzir e assim
evitas que outras pessoas façam trabalho duplicado.
