[Qgis-tr] Norwegian Bokmål Translation

Thanks for the advice Jacob and Werner. I think the Danish translation could be a good place to start you are correct.

Two quick questions:

One, is it here I check the code out from? https://github.com/qgis/Quantum-GIS.git

And two, I notice that there is a qgis_no.ts file already there.

Seeing as there are two Norwegian languages (Bokmål and Nynorsk), would it be best to create two new .ts files like Portuguese has pt_BR and pt_PT?

So for Norwegian it would be:

qgis_no_NB.ts
qgis_no_NN.ts

Or do I edit the existing file somehow?

Ideally both would be supported, but I think I have my work cut out with Bokmål to start with.
