[Qgis-tr] Strange string

Hi Alexandre!

The File (Strings) you are speaking from is mostly taken from the description on
http://gdal.org/ogr/ogr_formats.html
I that specific case it is from
http://gdal.org/ogr/drv_s57.html

I can remember taking it (and at the same moment wondering what
soundings have to to with vector formats) but as you can see this file
format seems to be used in some "sonar" systems.
If you know a way of better describing it you are more than welcome,
honestly I just took the description from that webpage to just have a
description available in QGIS (otherwise we would have had no
description at all for all those options to turn on and off).
This is all in the vectorformatfilewriter..
I think it is hard to know every file format and what it does..
personally I never came in touch with an S57 File ..
