[Qgis-tr] Is it possible to get a language 100% tarnslated?

I got an email on Saturday for the first time saying that 'A new source file has been uploaded for the resource qgis-application of the project QGIS Desktop'.
It is really useful to get an email to tell you that there are new strings to be translated.

Oh, I always thought that updating qgis_en.ts doesn't make any sense - qgis doesn't use it and it never gets any translations.
But scripts/update_ts_files.sh now also always updates qgis_en.ts - to give the transifex users a chance to catch up quicker.
BTW is there also a automatic process that pushes new website translation strings to transifex?
