[Qgis-tr] Translation update

Dear Translators!

Due to the efforts of Alexander Bruy we are having the processing
toolbox available for translation in QGIS.
As the processing toolbox is part of core since some time I am very
glad to be able to announce this good news.

We still have 20 days left for translation - in terms of processing
toolbox it means about doing  12 string translations per day and the
toolbox is fully integrated until the release.

As there were some complaints about having this important tool only
available in english it is a huge step forward and I promise that this
will be the only bigger change for translations until the release in 3
weeks.

Thanks a lot for you efforts put into the translation!

P.S: Remember that after the 2.6 release using transifex will be the
default way of doing translation - everyone wanting to stick to github
for a little longer - please inform me so that I can take that into
account.
