[Qgis-tr] Website resources removed and renamed

Hi Translators,

I've removed some not used resources for QGIS-Website from transifex,
and also updated the strings to reflect the english website again.

If you have translation in one of the following resources:

https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/qgis-website/resource/site_forusers_visualchangelog200_QGIS-2-2-0/

Please move them to the (renamed) files:

https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/qgis-website/resource/site_forusers_visualchangelog220_index/

https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/qgis-website/resource/site_forusers_visualchangelog240_index/

You can do this by downloading the translatiion via:
- Download for translation
For example for site_forusers_visualchangelog200_QGIS-2-0-0/

And then upload it again via
- Upload
in site_forusers_visualchangelog220_index

I will remove the old resources from transifex within a couple of weeks
then.

Sorry for the inconvenience, and please also report back resources which
seem to be (still) available on transifex, but you cannot find in the
website anymore...
