[Qgis-tr] string changes!

Hi Translators!

Only about a week left but due to string consistency changes there is
a last "change" of some strings in the translation.
As I discovered that the translations are done in other ways anyway
you can (more or less) always accept the first suggestion made by
transifex.
So there is really NO need to do the translation again (I just did
this by myself for german in about 5 min)

Looking forward for the release
