[Qgis-tr] [Transifex][qgis-application] - Some doubts in string

Hi,
And how this shortcut is supposed to work? I installed today's release
(c0bfcea through Osgeo4W) but can't find out how the user can know the
letter to use nor when he can press the letter...
Can someone explain to me, please?
