[Qgis-tr] [Transifex][qgis-application] - Some doubts in string

Shortcut keys (menu accelerator keys) are displayed in menus with an
underscore. Activate them by pressing alt+key (use ordinary alt not
altgr).

I.e. at the moment while typing this mail in Firefox, pressing "alt+f
alt+n enter" would open a new window (first combo opens &File menu,
second combo selects &New window option in &File menu and enter
activates it) (of course, "New window" has a shortcut combo ctrl+n)

I see that in current Qt, it does not reassign other keys in case they
are overlapping. Thus at the moment in Latvian QGIS pressing alt+r on
the first time will open P&roject, on second &Raster etc. menus. Needs
to be fixed manually after observing translated messages in
application.

Hope it helps,
Māris.
