[Qgis-tr] Outdated helptext in transifex 10801

string 10801: "Vector layer properties" starts with:

This dialog allows you to work with vector layer settings and 
properties. There are _seven_ tabs:

Unless QGIS 2.6 has changed a lot there should be ten tabs?

Is the helptext outdated?

I will still translate the text that is there, but the original text may 
need updating...
