[Qgis-tr] Outdated helptext in transifex 10801

Hi!

It might be (more it is sure) that the contect help is outdated.
There are developments going on in moving from context help to
integrate documentation (which is done in the Documentation Project)
into the main application to either link to online documentation or
provide the documentation within the Desktop application - but we are
quiet not there yet.
Keeping the context help up to date would probably also help in
improving the documentation, so it is always a nice thing in providing
pull requests to the original source to improve documentation and
context help.
So if you have time to write and improve the context help for this
case it would be great to have a pull request.
The other thing of integrating documentation inside Application is
still work in progress and not ready yet.
