[Qgis-tr] [QGIS-Developer] Missing translated strings in localized master

[DelazJ]

Hi,

I'm afraid this issue is back, ie translations that use the ellipsis are
not displayed.
Maybe it has to do with the osgeo4w upgrade of last week?
