 If you specify the projection LAMB93 from the IGNF register as the
 projection of the project, the CRS that is added to the recently used CRS
 list is the the ESPG projection code 2154.

 Even if these two projections are supposed to be the same, the IGNF code
 has different parameters from the EPSG which impact transformation and
 localization.

 This is causing problems when the user doesn't pay attention to it and
 rely too much on the text "Lambert 93", the IGNF should be present as it
 is and not replaced by the EPSG's one.
