[Qgis-user] What do you use for Metadata

This isn't directly related to QGIS, well maybe as a future update item, 
but as a general question in my push to use QGIS more and more and 
commercial products less what does everyone use to edit and create metadata?

Obviously I prefer something in the open source realm. I have searched 
them web and tried a number of products and thought I would send out a 
feeler on what folks that are not using say ArcCatalog are using to 
create metadata.
