Probably you know all this, but anyway, here is what I do:

Sorry for the broken message!

3. Enter a Name and the Parameters

4. Hit the "Floppy Disk" button (WoW, I don't remember when I really saw
a floppy disk last time :-)

5. OK

6. Use under Settings > Project Properties

7. Set "Meters" under General tab and the custom projection under the
Projection tab.
