[Qgis-user] Problems at installing python plugins on 1.3.0 Mimas Windows - Standalone

Hi Agustin

Just for some feedback on this I tested in my xp virtual machine and
this plugins installed and run fine, without problems. This problem is
probably best reported to the plugin author to see if they can help.
