[Qgis-user] Version 1.3, Spatialite issues on Mac OS X and Linux

Yes, I can confirm that changing the language to US Englis (just
changing the language in the preferences) solves this issue. It worked
in version 1.1 (I remember that building QGis 1.1 on Linux, I faced
lots of warnings and errors on the language strings).
