[Qgis-user] Rotation with qgis affine

 Hi,

 Could someone explain me how the rotation tool of the qgisAffine plugin 
 works ? The unit to use is obviously degrees but what the purpose of 
 defining x/y rotation instead of using the center of the feature ?
