[Qgis-user] Projection problem

I would like to draw the attention of the list to a problem that has arisen
on the forum, see this thread:

It appears that QGIS 1.7 under Ubuntu handles CRS parameter strings
differently from the way in which they are handled by QGIS 1.7 under
Windows. I am not sure that the parameter string in question is correct, but
in any case the way that it is handled under Windows should be the same as
the way that it is handled in Ubuntu. This does not to me appear to be a
problem with Proj, testing with cs2cs produces identical results under both
OSs. QGIS under Windows does not appear to honour the "+no_uoff" flag.
