I have managed to solve my problem. The problem is the file spqr
plugin. After this I delete the plugin file, QGIS works well. thanks

first, I rename the folder 'plugins', then create a new folder
'plugins' I copy some files plugins to the new folder and run QGIS, if
not problematic copy the plugins file again until the entire file
plugins is not problematic. finally your QGIS working again.
