[Qgis-user] rpy2, R and QGIS

this what the rpy2 site says about rpy2/windows

"There is currently no binaries or support for Microsoft Windows (more
for lack of ressources than anything else)."

this means that rpy2 for windows is not updated in order to handle
changes in R > 2.11

So, use R <= 2.11
